Ken O’Neill has an extensive 50 years’ experience in the insurance industry, the majority of which was spent in smaller brokerages meaning the personal approach that Robert Gerrard are known for comes as second nature.

Ken joined Robert Gerrard in 2013. His expertise lies in all aspects of commercial insurance and he is responsible for Mobility Plan, specialist insurance cover for the mobility equipment industry. Approaching his work methodically and carefully prioritising, Ken cites honesty, good value cover, clear explanations of that cover and keeping clients informed as important aspects of his role.

Outside of work, Ken has something of a fast-paced past: in the nineties he raised more than £7,500 for charity running two London Marathons and several half marathons. Having hung up his training shoes he now enjoys spending time with friends and family, a spot of gardening and good food.
